The final meeting at Trebisacce

Dearest friends,

It was wonderful being part of this Comenius team. It was our first project and we learnt a lot , especially our students who had the chance to leave Italy and see what other European countries look like: your school, your town, your language , your people. Everything has been a terrific experience that they will cherish for ever!!!
We are happy you enjoyed the time you spent at Trebisacce and hope to work again with all of you!!!

The dish for Trebisacce meeting

" Bites of breast of duck filled with salmon topped with cuttle fish and Venus rice over a basil sauce served with maize wafer". This is the dish we are going to make for Comenius dinner!!

About our courses

Our school is a vocational school that offers our students three different courses: hotel and restaurant , the last one to be opened , the chemistry-biology course and the electronic-electrotechnics course.
The school is structured as follows: "biennio "(two years common to all the lines of study as far as the general subjects : Maths, Italian, Science, Physical Education, History, English) and professional subjects specific to each line.The third year called "monoennio" is the year where the students can choose between : cooking, service , reception, chemistry, electronics/electrotechnics. At the end of this year they take an exam to get the certificate of operator in one of the mentioned line of study enabling them to get into the market world. The "post qualifica" (two more years of specialization) allows students ,at the end of the two years, to take a State Exam and get the degree of Technician in Restaurant Services or Chemistry-Biology or Electronic-Electrotechnics.
